The new Strokes video for Taken For a Fool had me doing double-takes to make sure nobody laced my Cocoa Krispies with mescaline this morning. Julian Casablancas and the boys step into a living kaleidoscope to perform the infectious track from their remarkable new album Angles (check out our review).

A new Arctic Monkeys video has arrived from their densely delicious Suck It And See album, this time for “Hellcat Spangled Shalalala”. Have a look:

In more Arctic Monkeys news, frontman Alex Turner stopped by the Spin studios for a little unplugged acoustic session. Check out a solo version of the title track to Arctic Monkeys' new album Suck It And See:

You may have missed it earlier this week when the Foo Fighters were joined onstage by Alice Cooper at the Milton Keynes Bowl in England, for a cover of Cooper's classic track "School's Out":

Linkin Park covered Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" track at the iTunes Festival in London a few days ago. It's an odd fit, but an interesting performance given that the band doesn't tend to cover other artists' music.

No longer operating under the live guise of the Omar Rodriguez Lopez Group, The Mars Volta are touring Europe under their real name, making official debuts of songs expected to be on their upcoming sixth album. Here’s a couple sample videos of what to expect when these demonically gifted Latin math-funk spaz rockers return to wax.

We'll send you off on a sexy note with Beyonce's new video for "Best Thing I Never Had". Nice lingerie!
