We've told you already that Dave Grohl's new Sound City Players outfit is headed up to Utah to support his forthcoming documentary about Sound City Studios, but we weren't clear on the lineup until now – and holy hell, what a lineup of “core musicians and special guests from the film” it is.

No, before you ask, Josh Homme is not scheduled to be at the band's January 18th live debut in Salt Lake City. Just about everyone else you can think of will be there, however, including Grohl's old Nirvana bandmates Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear, the full Foo Fighters lineup Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett & Pat, John Fogerty, Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks, Alain Johannes, Chris Goss, Cheap Trick guitarist Rick Nielsen, Fear lead singer Lee Ving, Rage Against the Machine drummer Brad Wilk and more.

The concert will go down at Park City Live, in association with Sundance City Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Tickets are available at ParkCityLive.net
