The guys over at RapBasement have compiled a list of the chart-toppers in Hip-Hop and R&B for the past week. Check it out:

Eminem's Relapse pulled in 141,608 third-week sales, and the album is expected to go gold within a month on shelves. The album was only topped by Dave Matthews Band's latest release.

Beyonce re-entered the Top 25 in her 29th week on the charts with I Am... Sasha Fierce, while Keri Hilson gained two spots with her In A Perfect World... her album is headed towards 350,000 units sold.

Falling 12 places, Redman & Method Man's Blackout 2 sold only about 14,000 in its third week. Their Def Jam label-mate Rick Ross fell 12 spots with Deeper Than Rap, his third album.

Jay-Z told a Chicago radio station that his new “D.O.A.” or “Death of Auto-Tune” was inspired by a Wendy’s commercial that used the voice-altering software.

“They’re joking on it. It’s like, OK, enough of that,” he said, according to MTV News.

To back up the anti-Autotune movement, rapper/producer Wyclef Jean and Nick "Mariah's pet" Cannon have released “Mr. Autotune," a song that pokes righteous fun at the ridiculous musical fad.

In the song Wyclef sings, “I’m Mister Autotune/ If you sing off key/ For a small fee I can make you a celebrity…Then all you gotta do is pay me/ And I will turn this thing into a karaoke party/ you’ll be a superstar.”

Although Wyclef has been working on other albums recently, he hasn't released a studio album since Carnival Vol. II: Memoirs of an Immigrant which was released on December 4, 2007.

Because we need another idiot chiming in: Bow Wow has officially came forward to say he'll be standing behind Chris Brown in his domestic dispute with Rihanna. In a new interview, Bow Wow explains "Chris is my best friend, that's my little dude. I hold him down. I think the media, when they took hold of it being that was the first time they just seen him and made a whirlwind."

Absolutely. Why else would they make a big deal out of a guy simply beating the almighty shit out of his girlfriend?

Bow Wow says bro's before hoe's. "The business is business, don't faze me. Friendships and best friends means more to me. So if he want me to be there for him, I'll be there. I don't really know [Rihanna]. She's a sweet heart and with the utmost respect, but like I said, if my man wants me there for him, I'll be there for him."

Kanye West stopped by ABC's "The View" television show Wednesday, where he announced his upcoming co-headlining tour with Lady Gaga. Kanye sampled her "Poker Face" track for a new song "I Make Her Say" by KiD CuDi.

"She's talented and so incredible that she's not an opening act," Kanye said of the tour. "We're doing it together, with no opening act." No details have been released about the tour yet but they are expected soon.

Kanye went on to talk about Kris Allen performing his "Heartless" single on this year's "American Idol" earlier this year. "Everybody who sings the song, sings better than me," West joked. "The Fray are one of my favorite rock bands, they covered it too, and that song got played on 'American Idol' twice."

Chris Brown has beefed up his personal security personnel after receiving multiple death threats. Authorities have confirmed that some of the threats he has received seem to be legitimate... is this a bad thing?

An organization called the Women's Protection Action League is believed to be one of the culprits sending death threats.

Brown is reportedly "totally paranoid" about the threats. He rarely leaves his home without his three bodyguards since his "alleged" assault on girlfriend Rihanna. He is also rumored to have three or four extra guards who follow him "incognito", some of whom are women that are "easily as tough as men".

Insert your own joke here.

The Roots have started work on their eighth album, How I Got Over, but don't plan to release the album until October. The first single will be "I Walk Alone." The group shot the video for the single earlier this week in New York.

?uestlove took to Twitter earlier this week to confirm that The Roots will be postponing the summer release of their 11th album until October.

The drummer said, "The Roots will announce that WE are pushing back our 11th project How I Got Over (Def Jam/Universal) until Oct. It shall be worth the wait. I'd like to announce in a well thought-out effort to give you people the best product possible-and to give Def Jam proper set up time."

In the past year the band have become the house band for Jimmy Fallon's late-night television show, still performing monthly New York jam sessions and spot dates. This last weekend, the group backed Public Enemy as the rap legends performed It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back, their seminal 1989 album. The performance was in Philadelphia, in conjunction with the annual OkayPlayer picnic. The Antibalas also assisted with the brass and percussion, and Beanie Sigel and DJ Cash Money made a brief appearance during the set.

The Black Eyed Peas' new album The E.N.D.(Energy Never Dies), one of the most anticipated albums of the summer among those with questionable taste in music, came out Tuesday. The set features the #1 single "Boom Boom Pow" - not to be confused with Kevin Federline's "Popo Zao".

It's currently Amazon.com's "Daily Deal", which means you can download the entire album for only $4.99. I'd say you're still getting jacked, but what do I know?

Hip-hop superstar and current/former Fugees member Lauryn Hill has taken an axe to her own planned comeback tour, canceling her entire European lineup of dates, the AP reports.

Hill was scheduled to headline this year’s Stockholm Jazz Festival on July 15th, but her agent informed festival organizers yesterday that she wouldn't show due to unspecified “health reasons.” Hill’s performance at Switzerland’s Montreux Jazz Festival was also called off, as were scheduled concerts in Sweden, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Italy, France and Austria.

The canceled European tour is the latest in a long chain of mysterious events surrounding Hill in the decade since she released her 1998 Grammy-winning masterpiece The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Hill has reportedly been working on new music since 2004, but outside of Miseducation and her 2002 Unplugged 2.0 album, the star has only released a handful of songs for soundtracks like Surf’s Up and The Passion of the Christ.
