Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder’s second solo effort is up for listener grabs this morning, a few days prior to its May 31 release. Thus, the PJ frontman shows his most intimate colors as a romantic balladeer in this 16 track collection, but with a running time of under 35 minutes there’s little danger of drowning in the sap - particularly when Cat Power and Glen Hansard show up to lend a voice late in the album.
