Fleetwood Mac has announced a new reunion and tour, with a number of shows scheduled for Canadian venues. The band's full North American run will kick off in April of 2013.
Fleetwood Mac will be performing on east and west coasts with concerts as follows:
April 16 Toronto at The Air Canada Centre
April 23 Ottawa at Scotiabank Place
May 12 Winnipeg at MTS Centre
May 14 Saskatoon at Credit Union Centre
May 15 Edmonton at Rexall Place
May 17 Calgary at Scotiabank Saddledome
May 19 Vancouver at Rogers Arena
A complete listing of their new tour can be found here.
The band's last tour took place in 2009, and they've been around since the release of their debut album Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac in 1968. Nicks told Reuters (as reported by The Telegraph): "It's never going to be the final tour until we drop dead. There's no reason for this to end as long as everyone is in good shape and takes care of themselves."
The band will kick off their newest tour on April 4th in Columbus, Ohio, and will wrap things up at the end of the year on December 6th in Detroit, Michigan.
