The Postal Service are back! The collaborative project between Death Cab For Cutie's Ben Gibbard and Jimmy Tamborello are returning in 2013, after several years of inactivity.
The duo did a very limited amount of touring behind their digitally ethereal 2003 synthpop debut Give Up, and fans have waited on a follow-up with little sign of hope ever since. That has now changed, as The Postal Service now have a website, and while the only thing up there is the above graphic it's a pretty safe bet that the duo are at work together once more.
Will we see a new album? Tour dates? It's all in the fog presently, but we'll keep you posted as news develops.
