
Sting has announced plans to extend his Back to Bass tour across North America, scheduling performances from the west to the east coast of Canada.
His tour is also being extended into Europe, his official website noted.
His Canadian stops are as follows:
May 30: Kelowna, B.C. at Prospera Place
May 31: Victoria, B.C. at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
June 17: Kitchener, Ont. at Memorial Auditorium
June 18: Kingston, Ont. at K-Rock Centre
June 24: Summerside, P.E.I. at Credit Union Place
June 26: St. John's, N.L. at Mile One Centre
According to an article on CBC News, the tour will see Sting and his five-piece band performing many of his throwback classics like "Roxanne" and "Synchronicity," giving a nod to a number of his greatest hits. The British musician is being joined by guitarist Dominic Miller, drummer Vinnie Colaiuta, keyboardist David Sancious, Peter Tickell on electric fiddle, and vocalist Jo Lawry.
They will wrap things up in July in Norway.
