You know, the internet is really growing on me. While the rest of us were laughing maniacally at Burger King's Twitter account getting hacked and turned into its own worst nightmare, Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke and friends were quietly letting the world in on the new music from Atoms For Peace, Yorke's new project with Nigel Godrich and Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Yorke and Godrich of Atoms for Peace took to Reddit earlier today for an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session, which you can check out right here. When asked if they knew their album leaked, they said "Oh did it? How nice," and reacted to the question of what they thought about it with a mild, "Well.. unsurprised?"
Either as a result of the leak (or the cause of it), they've just made their entire new and hotly anticipated album, AMOK, available at their website, http://amok.atomsforpeace.info. Head over and have a listen!
AMOK is out 2/26 via XL. In other Thom Yorke news, the Radiohead gears are beginning to turn again, and we'll be seeing a new album in the relatively near future. More details here.
