According to a report from the Daily Star, Kings of Leon and Beyonce are set to perform at V Festival 2013.
Both acts are set to release new albums this year, and both acts are also set to play a string of UK shows, so the rumours that they are to headline the V Festival could have some merit.
According to the Star, Kings of Leon are "close to signing a deal to headline the Virgin Media V Festival", while Beyonce is "also in the frame to top the bill at V".
Kings of Leon are set to play shows at London's O2 Arena, Manchester Arena and Birmingham's LG Arena in June/July, and are also rumoured to be playing Glastonbury around the same time. Meanwhile, Beyonce will be playing Birmingham's LG Arena, London's O2 Arena and Dublin's O2 Arena in April/May.
V Festival 2013 is set to take place over the weekend of August 17-18, with the lineup being announced on February 25th. For more information on the festival, visit the official website.
