Interview: Perry Farrell Talks New Jane’s Addiction Music, Porno For Pyros Reunion & more

The iconic frontman and Lollapalooza creator goes backstage with CraveOnline in Los Angeles.

He's a hero to musical heroes. He's fronted two massively successful bands, created a musical-gathering phenomenon that set the precedent for modern music festivals, featured on countless kaleidoscopic projects, brought a new cool to modern hedonism… and hell, the guy freakin' wrote "Three Days". That alone is enough to warrant rock-deity status, in certain cirlces.

He is Perry Farrell, iconic frontman for the legendary Jane's Addiction.

Jane's Addiction's incredible longevity and permeating presence as pioneers in alternative rock and hedonistic expression has etched their legacy in stone over their 25-year history. This was further confirmed recently in Los Angeles, when the city's hometown heroes closed out their most recent tour with a sold-out show at The Wiltern – and CraveOnline was on hand for every delicious sonic indulgence.

Just prior to showtime, we had the privilege to sit down with frontman Perry Farrell for an interview that covered updates on Lollapalooza next year, a Porno For Pyros reunion, Jane's new cover of "Sympathy For The Devil" for the "Sons of Anarchy" finale, the 30 new songs he's written for his latest project and more. Check it out below!

We're also running a giveaway for a gorgeous bottle of Dobel tequila, autographed by Farrell himself, as well as an exclusive photo book and decorative box! Details here.
