Bethesda Announces Prey 2

Bethesda has officially announced Prey 2, a sequel to the Human Head Studios’ developed Prey. The original Prey was published by 2K Games; however, Bethesda now owns the title’s publishing rights.

Prey 2 will be developed once again by Human Head, with the first concrete details hitting in the May issue of PSM3.

The original Prey released on PC and Xbox 360 in 2006. The new title will be hitting not only the PC and Xbox 360, but will also let PS3 gamers get a crack at the adventures of Cherokee Domasi "Tommy" Tawodi.

Not much else is known about Prey 2 at the moment, but we can take this very stock PR quotable for what it’s worth: “We are thrilled to be working with Bethesda on Prey 2,” said Project Lead on Prey 2, Chris Rhinehart.

There you have it. Prey 2 is on the docket for a 2012 release with more monsters that seemingly come out of vagina portals (Don’t act like you didn’t think that when you saw the above header image).
