Incredible Hulk & Human Torch: From The Marvel Vault

Comic book fans are no stranger to the artwork of Steve Ditko.  After all, he co-created both Spider-Man and Dr. Strange, two of Marvel's most enduring characters.  However, most fans are a complete stranger to Ditko himself, as hasn't given anybody any interviews since the 1960s.  But you can check out some of his lost art with Incredible Hulk & Human Torch: From the Marvel Vault #1, which brings us a never-before-seen story penciled by Ditko and written by Jack C. Harris and Karl Kesel,

In this story, the two heroes have to team up and deal with the looming threat of the Wingless Wizard, who has somehow harnessed the power of the moon's magnetism and gained a power level on par with that of Magneto.

So technically, it may not be "new" stuff, since it's from the vault, but it's the first time we've gotten to lay eyes on it, so it might as well be, right?

Check out these preview pages from Incredible Hulk & Human Torch: From The Marvel Vault #1, with Steve Ditko pencils and a cover by Mark Bagley.
