Judd Winick and Guillem March are set to bring the nightmare failure that is Jason Todd back into the lives of Batman and Robin this week with the first installment in their three-part story entitled "The Streets Run Red."

Todd, a former Robin turned ruthless vigilante criminal, has been holed up in Arkham Asylum for months, having not revealed anything other than his anti-hero identity as The Red Hood.  However, he's now about to be transferred to a lower-security prison, and that has the Dark Knight on edge about what his rogue ward might do to the inmates there.
