We've learned via Coming Soon that The Dark Knight Rises will be shooting at Carnegie Mellon University on July 30-31. Big deal, right? The Dark Knight Rises is shooting in lots of places. England, for example. But not all of those locations are kind enough to reveal what key information about the action sequences being filmed… action sequences which might reveal quite a bit about the plot of the film. Small SPOILERS ahead. Maybe even big ones. So check yourself if you're not particularly inclined to wreck yourself.

Coming Soon offered detailed shooting information from Carnegie Mellon's blog, which has apparently been swiftly edited to remove the more lurid details. But according to Coming Soon the shooting will include – again, SPOILERS – "Scenes outside the SEI, which will be portrayed as a prison, will include an explosion, a prison break, precision stunt driving, gunfire, atmospheric smoke, and controlled pyrotechnic explosions." And, "Scenes outside the Fifth Ave. entrance of Mellon Institute include a standoff between two rivals that escalates into a riot. One character drives a motorcycle through the fourth floor lobby, out the front doors and down the steps onto Fifth Ave. Special effects include precision stunt driving, gunfire and atmospheric smoke."

Sounds action-packed, yo. But more importantly the news of a prison break seems to imply that Christopher Nolan will closely follow DC's Knightfall storyline, in which Bane (Tom Hardy) orchestrated a prison break to keep Batman preoccupied while his grander plan goes into motion.

Let's just say Bruce Wayne should probably watch his back.

CRAVE Online will return with more Dark Knight Rises news when we discover who's playing Azrael.
