WB Games and Rocksteady are getting into the holiday spirit by releasing a free Batman: Arkham City character skin as a thank you to their fans for their love and continual support of the critically-acclaimed Batman sequel. The skin being offered up as a freebie is based on The Dark Knight’s costume in Grant Morrison’s Batman, Incorporated comic series. You can snag the costume right now on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. It can be worn during the game’s campaign — after completing it, of course — and in the title’s Challenge Mode.

In addition to the free character skin, WB and Rocksteady have announced two new DLC bundles. The first is the “Challenge Map Pack,” which contains three new Challenge Mode maps — “The Joker’s Carnival,” “Iceberg Lounge,” and “The Batcave.” This DLC bundle will run you 240 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360, or $2.99 on PSN and PC. It’s available right now. Get a sneak peek at the maps with the below trailer (look at that glorious T-Rex in the batcave!).

Finally, if you haven’t already picked up the Robin and Nightwing DLC packs, now you can get them together in a combined bundle, along with the Arkham City Skins Pack, for 1,200 MS Points, or $14.99 on PSN and PC.

Happy Bat-holidays, everyone!
