On “The Walking Dead,” there’s at least one thing you can count on: If there’s a huge mistake to be made, Andrea (Laurie Holden) is likely the one to be making it.

To be fair to Andrea, it’s easy to understand why she finds Woodbury so inviting. In a post zombie apocalypse, the sense of security and community would be hard to turn down. Andrea’s problem is that she doesn’t ask enough questions about what’s really happening around her and she buys into the Governor’s (David Morrissey) way of thinking way too easily.

For this week’s first preview clip, Andrea tells the Governor what life in Woodbury means to her as they are both unaware that an attack by Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincon) and his rescue party is imminent.

Andrea isn’t the only one on this show who can make a mistake on this show. In the second preview clip from Sunday’s midseason finale, Michonne (Danai Gurira) finds the Governor’s daughter, Penny locked in a room, bound with a bag over her head. And while we know that Penny is no longer among the living, Michonne is going to find out the hard way.

One way or another, the Woodbury showdown is going to be bloody. But don’t expect things to go smoothly for Carl (Chandler Riggs) and the rest of the survivors at the prison…

Don’t miss the midseason finale of “The Walking Dead” this Sunday on AMC!
