PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will be getting some free downloadable content in the form of two new characters and a new stage shortly. SuperBot Entertainment will be adding Gravity Rush's Kat, and Emmett Graves of Starhawk fame. Each character will have moves ripped from their respective games.

For instance, Emmett can use Starhawk’s patented “Build & Battle” system to call down weapons. Meanwhile, Kat has a lot of kick-based attacks and can manipulate gravity to essentially fly, which replaces her double jump.

In addition to the new characters, a stage called “Fearless” will be added to the game. This stage merges the Heavenly Sword and WipEout universes. You can read more about Kat, Emmett and Fearless over at the PlayStation Blog

Lastly, you can get a look at the new characters and stage with the below screenshots. Sony has not yet provided an official release date for the content.
