Ferrari is never shy about merchandising. You can get everything from Ferrari caps to shoes – all with that rearing horse logo proudly displayed.
Logic3 designs and builds audio gear for the Ferrari brand, and – rather than just crank out average, mass market equipment marked up by the horsey badge – the company made headphones and audio docks worthy of the elite car maker's name.
The Ferrari audio equipment is on the floor at this year's Consumer Electronics Show, including both the Cavallino and Scurderia lines. Each product group offer earbuds, on-ear headphones, over-ear units and more powerful table top docking units. But each offers its own fashion notes.
The Cavallino line is more earthy and subtle, offering unites highlighted in bright whites and woodsy light browns. They might appeal to the general Ferrari fan who looks on the super car makes as luxury vehicles.
The Scurderia line is wholly inspired by the Ferrari racing team and celebrates the extreme performance and racing pedigree of Ferrari. Forged in fire reds and glossy black, the Scurderia collection is haloed by the handsome P200 over-ear unit clearly designed to resemble headsets worn by Ferrari's Formula One Racing Team.
