The last time that Ellstin Limehouse appeared on “Justified,” he hacked his way through the mobster, Robert Quarles and he seemingly came to terms with U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant). But that doesn’t mean that Limehouse didn’t leave a few loose ends lying around.
Earlier today, TVLine reported that Limehouse’s portrayer, Mykelti Williamson is set to return for the fourth season of “Justifed” after executive producer, Graham Yost came up with a way to “meaningfully weave” Limehouse into the new storyline.
The most obvious plot to pick up on would be Limehouse’s alliance with Johnny Crowder (David Meunier) to get Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) out of the way. Boyd may not be aware that Johnny was working with Limehouse, but he definitely knows that Limehouse tipped off the cops about a murder that Boyd committed. That’s something that Boyd isn’t likely to forgive.
Prior to appearing on “Justified,” Williamson had roles in “24,” “Hill Street Blues,” “Miami Vice,” and he appeared in several feature films including Forrest Gump, Waiting to Exhale, Black Dynamite, Con Air, Three Kings and The Final Destination.
A return date for Limehouse wasn’t mentioned in the TVLine report, but it will presumably occur later in the fourth season.
