It seems Indestructible Hulk is becoming even more unstoppable, as the legendary Walt Simonson will be joining Mark Waid on the title starting with issue #6 this April, and kicking it off with a team-up with Thor – the character which made Simonson the legend he is.

The story will find Bruce Banner and his S.H.I.E.L.D. lab team heading to Jotunheim on a secret mission, and will also involve a throwdown between Hulk and Thor over that hammer.

“Banner claims that he's taking his crew to Jotunheim in search of a specific element that exists only at Frost Giant temperatures,” said Waid. “But Bruce has a hidden motive, as well. The real fun of it is how Bruce and his team get to Jotunheim in the first place; it's a nifty piece of applied science, if I do say so myself.”
