The time has finally come, fellow PlayStation 3 owners. Bethesda has announced on their official blog that all The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim downloadable content that has released for Xbox 360 already will finally be coming to PS3 in February.

The news comes via a post that covers the planned release schedules for Skyrim’s Dragonborn DLC on both PC and PS3. But the real news here is that PlayStation owners of Skyrim, who have suffered through troubling game-breaking glitches since launch and a feeling of complete abandonment when it comes to post-launch content, finally have something to be excited about. Furthermore, Besthesda is offering all three DLC packs – Dragonborn, Hearthfire and Dawnguard – for half off during their respective launch weeks.

PS3 gamers will get Dragonborn first, followed by Hearthfire and then Dawnguard. The plan is to have all of them release by the time February ends. Why they are moving backwards is anyone’s guess, but who are we to complain? The DLC is coming… finally.

Three cheers!
