Dr. Octopus is living in Spider-Man's body. So far, nobody's quite glommed on to that fact other than the ghostly astral form of Peter Parker, who apparently had to watch Otto Octavius use his body and mind to masturbate to the memory of banging Mary Jane Watson. Yep. That happened.
However, in the last issue of Avenging Spider-Man, Otto/Spidey teamed up with the X-Men, and he talked them out of prying into his mind with telepathy to figure out why he's acting oddly. Under ordinary circumstances, his teammates with the Fantastic Four might have a better shot at unraveling the shenanigans, but things aren't normal with the Future Foundation these days. The actual Four are lost in another dimension, and the new crew of Ant-Man, She-Hulk, Medusa and Miss Thing haven't figured themselves out yet.
