Long live the King! Jonathan Rhys Meyers, King Henry in The Tudors, may be the first actor cast by director J.J. Abrams for a primary role in Star Wars Episode VII.
Crave's Collider website posted the news Monday despite the fact there is, as yet, no script.
Abrams has, of course, worked with Meyers before for Mission Impossible 3, which he directed. Then again, Abrams just opened Star Trek Into Darkness so is he really multi-tasking on that high a level that he can cast a main part in Star Wars?
We will await confirmation and let you know immediately every and all pieces of Star Wars-related news.
