Washington 6, Dallas 7
CO Take: Good Teams find a way to win close games and we may be seeing the Cowboys morphing into an NFC power to be reckoned with.
Cleveland 37 Detroit 38
CO Take: When is a loss a win? When you are the Cleveland Browns and have struggled to put any points up the entire season and you get 4 tds from your QB, that's when. For the Lions, they have quadrupled their win total from last season so players and fans alike have got to be estatic.
Pittsburgh 24 Kansas City 27 OT
CO Take: The good news is that the Steelers play up to good competition. The bad news is that they continue to let substandard teams pull out last second wins. At 6-4, they are still in it but they need to shore up the mental errors that have plagued them this season.
Minnesota 35 Seattle 9
CO Take: No disrespect to the Saints, who won their game to go to 10-0, but the Minnesota Vikings are the best team in the NFC period. They have it going on in every aspect of the game and are the team to beat in my eyes,
Indianapolis 17 Baltimore 15
CO Take: Remember when I said good teams win close games? Well, that's true, but you have to be concerned by the number of close games the Colts have been in the past few weeks. My take is that these Colts are not gonna have anything left in the tank come crunch time.
San Diego 32 Denver 3
CO Take: Lets give a rousing round of applause for the Denver Broncos as they exit the building please...and don't forget to turn out the lights.
Cincinnati 17 Oakland 20
CO Take: The Bengals keep a one game lead in the AFC North after this heartbreaking loss but lets take a closer look at their 7-3 record. Against the AFC North; 5-0. Against the rest of the NFL 2-3. I believe the reports of the resurrection of the Bengals may be a bit premature.
