If you’re not sure what I’m referring to, it’s a battle between opening-game antics.
It actually was started by LeBron and his funky bunch, the Cavaliers, weeks ago where LeBron would gather his teammates together for a picture like tourists, with Delonte West jumping into the arms of a teammate to be cradled like a baby.
Shaq, in his ever going quest to be the center of the media spotlight in the NBA, recently threw his team’s new routine into the ring to outdo the Kings. The Big Diesel has his boy’s line up like bowling pins and he proceeds to bowl them down, saving a wobbling Alondo Tucker for last.
"I thought it was good. Really good," James said. "I like the last part where Alando Tucker is the last pin that falls down. It was good, but it's going to take a lot to top what we do."
"We did it first," James said. "Plus, ours is nice. You know, the picture . . . getting the whole team involved."
Shaq, never one to shy away from voicing his opinion, had a few words of his own on the battle.
"Everybody always talks about LeBron's weak intro, so I challenge LeBron to intros," O'Neal told reporters afterward. "All right? So he does his little camera thing, we did our bowling thing, we'll let the people decide. If he changes his intro, then I'm going to change my intro."
"We may add something, but we're not going to switch up," James said.
Check out the videos below to see each intro and chime in with your choice of who’s is better.
