Next time you dish out a press release that announces the upcoming unveiling of your new, sexy uniforms, you might want to double-check your final photo-shopped image of the product.
The Houston Astros posted the shadowed image (below and to the left) on their website, promoting their new logo and uniforms launch on Nov. 2. The only problem was that when Chris Creamer of SportsLogos.net got hold of the picture and adjusted the photo's exposure and brightness, he revealed a sneak peak at what we can expect (below and to the right).

Creamer confirmed that he had heard from a source earlier this year that the Astros are reverting back to their classic orange and blue colors. This photo not only seems to confirm the colors, but also looks as if they are going back to the classic 'H' over the star logo on the caps.
Personally, I love it. Retro is almost always good.
Here is a pic of Nolan Ryan circa 1988 to give you an idea.

Astros owner Jim Crane said earlier this year that the new uniforms will borrow elements from their designs in the past, mixed in with a more modern feel.
The timing is fit as the rebuilding 'Lastros' move to the AL West in 2013.
The Blue Jays, Orioles, Marlins and Padres are all coming off seasons in which they unveiled new uniforms, with the Jays and O's both sporting looks from year's past.
