Every 20-something or 30-something music fan (or red-blooded guy) in Canada knows blond bombshell Leah Miller. She’s beautiful, she’s energetic, and she’s been a Canadian music entertainment staple for the last half-decade, hosting a variety of shows on several networks. Miller was a host on the MuchMusic channel from November 2004 until last August, and since ’08, she’s also been the host of “So You Think You Can Dance Canada.” Her most recent gig will be the crème de la crème of Canadian entertainment gigs – Miller has joined the “etalk” team on CTV.

It didn’t take long for her to delve into her new post. "This job is just perfect for me because I love movies and I love TV and I just love interviewing people!" she said. "I interviewed Natalie Portman and Tobey Maguire and that was really cool. They're such amazing actors. Natalie is such a beautiful girl and they were lovely and sweet. The interview was really great. I've found that musicians don't always want to talk about what they do, they'd rather just be playing music and communicating that way. [But] I'd prefer to talk to actors – talking is what they do, it's what they're comfortable with."

Miller got her TV start after leaving Toronto for L.A. and working on the Ashton Kutcher reality show “Punk’d.” She also appeared in the big-screen flick “Down to Earth” with Chris Rock in 2001. She returned to Canada shortly thereafter and, after four auditions, Miller became the host of “Much On Demand.”

“etalk” airs every weeknight at 7pm on CTV.
