Painkiller Jane, a Sci Fi Channel Original Series, is based on the Event Comics series created by Jimmy Palmiotti and Joe Quesada, will premiere Friday, April 13th at 10/9C.
During her first mission with the team, Jane inexplicably discovers that she too possesses an extraordinary ability - she cannot be killed. Impervious to injury but not pain, her miraculous regenerative powers allow her heal from any injury only to become even stronger than she had been before. As she continues to work with the government, Jane tries to uncover the cause of her transformation and what - if any - connection she shares with the very people she is pursuing.
Premieres Friday April 13th at 10/9C on Sci Fi Channel.
