Episode Title: 'I'm Sorry, Who's Yosi?'

Writer: Ariel Schrag

Director: Simon Cellan Jones

Ben (Bryan Greenberg), what have you done? In the last moment's of this episode, the generally calmer, more level-headed have of Crisp tells Nancy (Gina Gershon) he's always felt the New York City skyline mocking him, teasing him with the promise of something just out of reach. And with his below deck encore with Nancy, he may just have blown the shot he thinks he has, pardon the pun.

While Ben and Cam (Victor Rasuk) are literally seduced by the sudden upgrade in lifestyle (and lovers), Rachel's (Lake Bell) finding herself in Bushwick. Her scenes with Biscuit boss, Robin continue to be some of my favorite of the season. No hostile face, here.

Speaking of hostility, Rene's (Luis Guzman) "insensitivities" to the Caribbean community put Rasta Monsta's future in jeopardy. When a community leader attempts to shake him down for an Escalade and a profit share, Rene reverts back to his thuggish ways. All racism and political incorrectness aside, everyone just wants to make money. I can't wait to see how this one play out.

As for Ben's nasty new love triangle, he's quickly learning to play by a very different set of rules, after getting burned by Rachel and Domingo, now floundering somewhere in hook-up land. Cam put it best. "Everybody's in bed with everybody right?" Sure, and that works as long as everybody doesn't know.

And while in Lulu's bed, Cam gets a warning about over-exposing Crisp to the mall crowd and burning out. No one wants to end up on the discount rack at Marshall's. However, his problems may go beyond keeping Crisp crispy as Rene is confronted with Rasta Monsta brand pot spray. Someone's going down and it's not just poor Kappo.

"I'm Sorry, Who's Yosi' was a super-smart installment in this later half of the season. The stakes have been raised considerably higher and the boys have a lot of big decisions to make. Yet "How to Make It" remains grounded in its roots of naivete and honesty as Cam and Ben make serious inroads towards their dream ala an intro to Pharrell aboard a private yacht. The question now is if our dynamic duo is ready to run with the big boys and their wives.
